Feliz cumpleaños to Pedro Armendariz Jr.!
Best known to Columbo fans as Commandante Sanchez from Season 5's A Matter of Honor Pedro Armendariz, Jr. was a very prolific and popular actor in Mexico.
Outside of Columbo he was probably best known (at least to Americans) for The Mask of Zorro, or License to Kill.
He was born April 6th, 1940 in Mexico City, Mexico and died December 26th, 2011 in New York City.

Born April 6th, 1929 he played the security guard who vouched for the courier guy in season 3's Publish or Perish.
