Nice hair cut...Anthony Holland?
Born March 3, 1928, Holland appears in Old Fashioned Murder (1976) as Darryl, the iconic hair stylist who cuts Schaeffer's hair, and then gets his clippers on the good Lieutenant too.
Outside of Columbo Holland was a member of the original Second City comedy troop and a longtime friend of comedienne Joan Rivers. He passed away July 9th, 1988 in New York City.
